Claiming the Steppes

The Phoenician enclave of the Burning Steppes has risen in the lands of Stormhold. The fighters of Krae Glas march forth to lay claim to this area while a brave host from Stormhold rides to put down the uprising. Event opens at 11am with the Heavy tourney beginning at midday sharp.

The Tourney will be fought in specialised rounds.

First round - Buckler and sword (no assumed armour)
Second round - Great weapons only
Third round - Best of 3, with each fighter beginning a bout on their knees
Forth round - Any weapon choice fought over a wall
Fifth round - Each fighter makes a team of 3 which fights together. 2 fighters must use a shield while the third must use a great or pole weapon.
Final round - All fighters take the field to defend their warlord. Warlords have multiple lives.

So come on out and support your Barony, bring a picnic and watch which Barony claims the Burning Steppes.
